Dear Member,

Please see below information on track and trace from the club. Please can we all ensure this is in place so the club can track the number of members from each playing section.

As of Monday 14th September, legally we have to collect track and trace from everyone entering our building or using our facilities. We will be using an app called evePASS and this is the link to it - https://evepass.app

This needs to be done on any instance of being at the club (training, watching, social, 1-2-1 or coaching).

1. Download the app and register (this is a one-off process)
2. On arrival to the group please scan in using the QR code at the front entrance or rear entrance to the building.
3. Once scanned, it will ask you how many in your party and then you can complete the track and trace requirement (for parties of up to 6 one person can sign all in). When you leave you will be able to checkout of the building via the app.

*Please note as with any data protection no details are shared, and the only time contact details will be given would be to track and trace if we were to get a case of COVID 19 reported to the club. Your details will automatically be deleted after 21 days of visiting the club.

Any questions, please contact Suzanne at the club: off...@whitsports.co.uk
