Faction Mergers- One is happening!

The Merger is between the Ecclesiastical's and the OOSB it was voted upon by everyone involved and the consistory will be honoring it.
While it does pose a situation where not all PC's agree, I want to advise people of an important thing. The Org is smaller than it once was. And we have more PC's than ever being played by fewer Players than ever. The # of Factions we have in conjunction with this, causes a very real issue of saturation wherin we have a lot of PC's that are in a lot of factions, that can't overlap/interact because those same peoples other PC's are in that other faction or are leading the charge in another way.
This had led to a lot of stagnation across the board, and consolidation is honestly one of the only ways we will be able to fix that. Now I am happy to say that the merger has been entirely PC led! But that doesn't mean that Team Sabbat and NPC's wont be interested in looking at the outcome of it and going forward.
The official act of this happening will be in my Bylaw Prop to Council to pass all the EC Decisions and some catch up stuff from the last year.
But it IS something I want players to consider and keep in mind. Change is always scary and some people really dislike it.... but it is also sometimes needed, and a rough patch can really lead to fantastic new avenues and RP, and the reinvigoration that comes with engaging more effectively is always a win.

Embora represente uma situação em que nem todos os PCs concordam, quero avisar as pessoas sobre uma coisa importante. A organização é menor do que era antes. E temos mais PCs do que nunca sendo jogados por menos jogadores do que nunca. O número de facções que temos em conjunto com isso causa um problema muito real de saturação, onde temos muitos PCs que estão em muitas facções, que não podem se sobrepor/interagir porque essas mesmas pessoas, outros PCs estão naquela outra facção ou estão liderando o ataque de outra maneira.
Isto levou a muita estagnação geral e a consolidação é, honestamente, uma das únicas maneiras de consertarmos isso. Agora estou feliz em dizer que a fusão foi inteiramente liderada pelo PC! Mas isso não significa que o Team Sabbat e os NPCs não estarão interessados em ver o resultado disso e seguir em frente.
O ato oficial para que isso aconteça estará em minha Proposta de Estatuto ao Conselho para aprovar todas as Decisões da CE e algumas coisas de atualização do ano passado.
Mas é algo que quero que os jogadores considerem e tenham em mente. A mudança é sempre assustadora e algumas pessoas realmente não gostam dela... mas às vezes também é necessária, e uma fase difícil pode realmente levar a novos caminhos e RP fantásticos, e o revigoramento que vem com o envolvimento mais eficaz é sempre uma vitória.
