((TEASER FOR UPCOMING B&I SABBAT EVENT! GET HYPED!))
My Fellow Sabbat,
It has been some time since I made any statements or appeared in a public manner. The neverending conflict between we Cainites of the Tzimisce and those of the most tainted wolves has taken most of my time.
While the rumors of my demise are rampant, let me assure you that I stand just as tall as ever.
I wish to invite those of you with a mind to discourse as well as those with a taste for the hunt to my manor when the deepest of nights meets with the coldest of seasons.
We shall talk of many things, such as morality and the purpose of the Sword.
We shall have our sacred ritae including many Games of Instinct.
We shall Blood Feast in ways that recount the oldest of nights.
Come to me when the Winter finds you and my hearth will be yours to enjoy.

Ooc: HELLO FOLKS! An ooc announcement about some ground rules for this coming sabbat Blood and Ice!
House rules are Madison black crusade and western shore conglomerate rules,
Item limits: Blood and Ice sabbat is limiting the amount of items you may bring.,
5 non magical items
5 major magical items (Things like permanent fetishes or hedge magic items that grant permanent bonuses
5 minor magic items (Items that have limited charges or uses a night
Cross genre and you,
None vampire/Ghoul pcs are not allowed to sign into B&I sabbat. Effects originating from other genres will not be allowed to check into B&I sabbat 2026
Infiltration.,
All infiltrators will be approved on a case by case basis. If a infiltrating pc does not check in with staff at least 1 month before game on they will not be allowed to sign in
CVC of any kind requires staff oversight
