Hello,

Here is a breakdown of costs for the event. 

Things learned:

Send Adam to go buy bagels and orange juice instead of what Marriott calls a continental breakfast.

Make sure the hotel is on the same page with us when they offer beverage service, but do it as a daytime service when it should have been night time. 

My advice for those running events and new to things, beverage service and continental breakfast in this scenario kinda screwed us. I feel we were overcharged for what was provided. 

Hotel assumed we wanted beverage service during the day for a night time event, sorry to the attendees who did not get to appreciate that amenity.

Other than that, everything was smooth and went as expected financially. Hindsight-wise, we know how not to lose money next time we run. Keep eyes out in the upcoming month.
