IC list question

Yo! I'm guessing I did something wrong as I'm pretty awesome like that but how does one get on the IC list? Where does one cc their st email to prove ravnosyness or what have you? Thanks kindly!

Actually, I've never been able to find it either. I know it's on Yahoo but I've never been able to find it to request an add.

When searching, even with the name above, nothing comes up. A hidden group perhaps? Invite only?

When emailing the link above, I get the following...
