2014 Dues and Contact Update Request

Greetings,

Membership dues for 2014 are due by May 31^st.  Annual dues are $20 per family.  After May 31^st, dues are $25 per family.  If you are a parent, your Annual dues cover your spouse, and all dependent children.  If you are a dependent child, your Annual dues cover your parents and siblings (even if you don't like them).  Please make your check out to Owatonna Divers Club and mail it to Owatonna Divers Club, BOX 232, Owatonna, MN 55060.  If it's not obvious from the name on the check who's dues are being paid, please include a note with your check.  You can also pay with cash, in person, at the May meeting.

I am also asking that you take a minute to verify that the contact information we have for you is correct.  If you have moved, changed phone numbers, or changed email address, please send me your updated contact information.  If all of the information that we have is correct, I would also appreciate if you respond saying something like "All my information is correct," or "No changes are required."

If you have two email addresses listed, you should receive this notice only on your primary email address.  If you want to change your primary email address, please let me know.  If you have more than one email and want to get email notices on more than one email address, please also let me know.  If you have dependent children with email address who want to get email notices, please send me their email address.
