So my business partner had wheels stolen off his Trek all purpose bike this morning on the corner of Vine and Cedar downtown Owatonna. In broad daylight between 8 and 10 a.m. this morning. Just putting this out there. The wheels weren't nice enough for any of you guys to be implicated...
