[GSOC 2014] Introducing myself to the OWSA team

Hi,

I am Acho Arnold, a sophomore student of computer engineering at the 
University of Buea in Cameroon(Africa). I really love the OWSAP projects 

and would like to work with you guys for GSoC 2014 so as to use this opportunity 
to exercise and learn new Skills.

I have seen the project list for GSOC and I am intrested in this project

I would like to have some guidance regarding some of the more specific
requirements.
