Hi Nikhil,

There are multiple applications in OWASP Broken Web Apps.

Have you downloaded the virtual machine and have a question around that or you are trying out some of the applications?

Based on your answer, will guide you.

Thank you.

Yep. Downloaded. Linked with Virtual box. Ran it. it gave me an IP by 10.0.2..... something. Couldn't ping it from my host machine.

Would like to know what setting of network should I running it from. Was running it from NAT, but I could n't ping.
Also, running from Bridge does seem good idea to run on corporate network.

You have two options.

1. Try running in HostOnly mode. You will get an IP address you can ping. This is how I usually use it.
2. If you prefer staying with NAT mode. You can enable port forwarding for ports like 80, 8080 etc. This maybe useful if you need a reference on how to do port forwarding. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9537751/virtualbox-port-forward-from-guest-to-host

Thank you.
