v2.4 OpenVZ panel not saving settings

Hello all,
We are having two issues, Firstly both memory and swap file settings are not being retained for any containers after a host server reboot ?
Next we are seeing after the AM backup cycle one of the containers fails to fully restart and when attempting to restart said container we see "vzctl : CT 120 : Child 412747 exited with status 7"
Any ideas ??
