Hello,

we have once received a similar report, where the problem was with the
phone's media gallery. It seemed that when OvuView generates the
images the media gallery does not create these files. Please, make
sure that your SD card is not full, make some free space on it, and
you could also try to restart your phone.

Hi,
I have a problem while exporting my data into my owncloud. The csv-file appears correct but all images are missing. There is only one file saying "null". Export via email works fine and all png-files are attached. Is there a way to make the upload into owncloud work?

Hi Pavel,

if I choose "Export to email" in the charts I get other possibilities offered than only email (see attachment *.png). Some work and some don't (I tried them all). It would be really great if the upload to an owncloud (or maybe dropbox) will work at some stage.

Nicole,

it looks like that the target application (ownCloud) has problems with
the exported data. Could you please ask them (ownCloud) how do they
handle emails? Export to email is primarily targeted to export to
email.
