If you forgot your OvuView password and you are not able to open the app, then please send us an email directly to ovu...@sleekbit.com which should contain:
A) your OvuView Pro Features order number (has format "123456789012345678901.1234567890123456"). You can find this information in the email received from Google Wallet on the day of your purchase or in your Google Wallet.

B) If you can't find the order number then please send us:
- your full name (or the name on the credit card you used for purchase)
- your ZIP code and country
Based on this information we can send you a time limited unlock password.
