transfer from tablet to phone

I've had OvuView on my tablet for months and I love it. I just got a new smartphone and thought I would start using my phone to track data instead.  Unfortunately, my phone doesn't have an SD card slot.  I tried to manually move the file from my tablet, to my pc to my phone, but the app on my phone can't seem to find the file.  Help??
