Restore Paid version

Hi, i got a new phone and installed Ovuview on it, but it on it only gave me the free version. I paid for the pro version a couple years ago. I keep trying to restore the paid version from within the app but it's not working. What can i do?

Hello,

Google associates your purchase with your gmail/google account.
Therefore you need to make sure that you are using the proper account
when installing OvuView. This means the same account under which you
made the purchase previously:
(0. uninstall OvuView - you should backup data if necessary)
1. launch Play Store app
2. tap the hamburge icon in the upper left corner (three horizontal lines)
3. choose the account
4. lookup and install OvuView

Now you should have your paid features enabled. If this process does
not work, please contact us so that we can verify that there really is
an active order associated with your account.

Hi,

Please help me I've lost all my data!

My data should have been all backed up on Google. However, my phone broke on Saturday. Screen smashed, wouldn't do anything. Then my insurers replaced on Monday, the ovuview app downloaded and all was well with all my data there automatically! Miracle. BUT there was a problem with the handset and the insurers had to replace the handset again. Now, I have downloaded the app again and it has no data on it...it has recognised that I am a premium member but that's it. I only have up until April 2015 saved on my email so please please help me.

This method of contraception means so much to me and I'll be so disappointed if I can't get my data back...

I don't understand because it all adjusted on its own from the cloud with the first replacement phone that didn't work properly...and now it won't work. I am using the same Google account.

Please help. I'm desperate! I have emailed you but have not received a response yet.

Hello, is there a way to switch the full version to another Google account? I got married and changed everything and I don't want to synchronize two accounts... Thanks a lot. Lucie

full version is bound with your email to account, so there is no way..
