FAQ: How to send logs if OvuView crashes?

If your OvuView crashes, please, follow the steps below to send us the logs:

Check your phone's Android version: phone Settings -> About phone -> Android version

A) If you have and older Android phone (version < 4.0):

1. install a log collector app (e.g. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xtralogic.android.logcollector )

2. try to open OvuView and reproduce the crash
3. right after the crash (max 5-10 seconds) open logcollector to send us the logs to ovu...@sleekbit.com

B) If you have a newer Android phone (version >= 4.0):

1. try to open OvuView and reproduce the crash

2. right after the crash press once POWER + VOLUME_UP + VOLUME_DOWN buttons. After a second or two you should feel a vibration if you did it right. And then after 5-10 seconds a new notification will appear on your notification bar with text "Bug report captured". Open that notification and send the report to ovu...@sleekbit.com
