Frequently Asked Questions - OvuView Chart
A: Please, simply drag the temperature scale on the left side up or down to move the temperature chart.
Q: All of my temperatures are in the bottom area of the chart, please change the scale.
A: The temperature scale in chart is not linear (the center is zoomed), to be able to show larger interval of value on the same chart. If you drag the temperature scale on the left side up or down you can position your measured temperatures to be in the center zoomed area.
Q: Can I change the order of symptoms on the chart?
A: You can change the symptom order on the Symptoms page by clicking menu -> Tracked symptoms. By simple dragging you can change the symptom order.
Q: Where can I find the symptom legend on the chart?
A: By clicking on the symptom column on right side of the chart it opens the legend.
Q: My temperatures are not displayed on chart.
A: Chart displays all symptoms which are also showed on the Symptoms page. If you have Temperature symptom displayed on Symptoms page then most probably you are displaying a Weigh chart. By clicking the first icon in the action bar (icon temperature or weight) you can switch between Temperature and Weight line charts.
Q: Is it possible to open a specific day details from chart?
A: Yes, it is possible, by simply clicking on the selected day. If you keep your finger pushing the selected day longer the day will be highlighted and you will see whether you selected the correct day. If you touched the incorrect day then by dragging the selection left or right you can cancel your action opening that day.
