Steps to follow:
1. ## Check order status
Open OvuView and go to the Feature Store (press menu button, Feature
Store) with internet connection on, and check the purchase status of
Pro version. It should be "purchased" instead of "available". If you
have reinstalled the application then wait for few seconds until
OvuView restores your purchase status from server.
If you are sure that you have purchased the app, but it still shows
"available", then please send email to developers to
ovu...@sleekbit.com providing your purchase ID.
2. ## Check where is the app located
Widgets of an application on Android are enabled only if the
application is located in the phone memory. This is a current
limitation of Android, unfortunatelly we can't do anything about it.
Sometimes if your phone requires more memory it can automatically move
some of your apps to SD card (e.g. during system update). To check its
status go your phones Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -
> OvuView, and if OvuView has been moved to the SD card, move it back
to phone. If your widgets are still missing (usually on older phones)
then you must also restart your phone.
