How to import data into new phone that doesn't have an SD card (email attachment won't open)?

Backed up my old data to an email attachement from the old phone.

The new phone doesn't have an SD card, so the /mnt/sdcard directory doesn't exist (not an option to manually transfer the file).

Gmail won't recognize the .ovu attachment to open the Ovuview program to import it by an email attachment.  I tried renaming the .ovu file to a .zip file but gmail won't recognize the .json files that get unzipped either.

Is there a workaround yet?  From the emails on this forum I'm not seeing anything.

Hello, make sure you have the latest OvuView version installed (3.4.2,
the one with the new icon). Then try to open the attachment again -
OvuView should recognize it now.
