I have been using Ovuview since 2013. I lost all of my data from 2013 when no matter how I tried, the data would not restore from one SD card to another.
Since then, I have vowed to 'not make the same mistake.' I backed up to my laptop. & everything seemed fine.
Here recently, I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Which does not have an external SD mount.
So, thinking it still would not be a big deal, I connected my phone to my laptop. I loaded all of the data that I have backed up to my laptop from 2014 to October 2015.
The data said it restored. And with the new feature of being able to backup to DropBox, I set that up to move forward. Also copying all of the backed up data from my laptop to my back up file on DropBox.
Everything seemed fine, until I was trying to look back on the app, and see some information.
To my horror, all of my data from before July 2015 is MISSING! (from the actual app)
The backup files are still there in the internal SD. The backup files are still on my dropbox.
However, they are NOT in my app?!
Help. help!
