web start-up looking for key staff member

Hi all,
I'm looking for key members for a new web start-up. You'll enjoy a dynamic and rewarding environment, as well as promising career. Candidates need to be extremely competent, love building stuff from scratch, excellent interpersonal skills, high IQ & EQ.

Below are the positions needed:
- COO: require extensive project management experience in software house or web project, acting as point of contact for all departments. Responsible for making tight deadlines.
- Senior developers (PHP): extremely good with logic, math and software architecture.
- Office manager cum accountant: who runs everything: paperwork, accounting, licenses, being liaison officer with shareholders, management and staff. Must be very experienced and able to speak English fluently, as well as basic accounting in English.
