Moving this over to the ovn-kube mailing list. All committers were in favor of promoting Nadia to become a maintainer of the OVN-Kubernetes project! Congratulations Nadia!

Reasons behind my vote: I admire her critical thinking, analysis, deadlock detection, API design experience when it comes to reviews. In the recent past I have seen her become more surgical with reviews and understanding the perspective of the author and being flexible to move past her own personal preferences in situations when it's okay to, which is tremendous growth.

Hi OVN-Kubernetes committers,

I would like to propose Nadia for becoming another committer in our project. I think Nadia has demonstrated technical expertise within the project, ranking as one of our top contributors. She has had an impact in many different areas in our code base, including network policy, egress firewall, UDN, observability, dbObjectIDs, generic level driven controller framework, and more. She has worked across companies with Nvidia on SFC/DPU and Multinetwork policy. Not only has she shown technical expertise, but she has grown as a teammate and community member. Nadia has become a key reviewer in the project, and is constructive and positive in trying to help folks in the community with whatever problems they have. I trust Nadia to be a key core reviewer in the project and approve PRs without our oversight.

Please reply with your vote/thoughts.

Thanks and have a great weekend!
