Adding ocp-traffic-flow-tests repository as part of ovn-kubernetes github org

Hello everyone!

"ocp-traffic-flow-tests" is a repo that is currently hosted in William's personal github account: https://github.com/wizhaoredhat/ocp-traffic-flow-tests  that has a suite of traffic flow tests that are specific to OVN-Kubernetes (See the README for more details). In the past we have discussed in our community meetings about moving https://github.com/wizhaoredhat/ocp-traffic-flow-tests  into our org and we were waiting for ovn-kubernetes to move into its own org which it now has on github.

During today's upstream meeting this topic came up and we were all aligned (including William) on moving that repo to ovn-kubernetes org. 

This email is to ask if anyone in the community is opposed to this move or has any concerns with doing do? For me personally I would prefer a better name that "ocp-*" so maybe a renaming is required but outside of that I welcome this change.

If I don't hear any concerns within the next 7 working days, we will proceed with moving the project over.

Would love to hear thoughts from others and naming suggestions,

Hi everyone,

When moving "ocp-traffic-flow-tests", I believe it is better to rename it to "kubernetes-traffic-flow-tests". We had some consensus in slack that it is the better name. The "ocp" part is related to OpenShift but this tool ended up being agnostic toward OpenShift.

We plan to move the project into ovn-kubernetes org on December 19, 2024.
