Hi Otters!

My name is Laura (Joseph's mom) and this is my third season running the team store. Please read ALL of the information below before ordering. Jakroo has moved their production facility recently and the turnaround time is estimated at 4 weeks, instead of 2 weeks like the previous years.

• ACA rules dictate that all riders must wear their team kit during races. If your rider's kit from last year still fits and they are not switching teams, you do not need to purchase a new kit, but consider taking advantage of the discounted pricing to prepare for a growth spurt or crashes. Again, the longer turnaround time will make it harder to replace items mid-season.
• The team store is open for the batch order July 9-29. All orders are held until July 29 and a final price for each item will be determined based on how many units are pre-ordered. You can update your order at any time during the window. Your card will not be charged until July 29. Head's up: Jakroo doesn't notify you of the actual total before charging, but you will get an updated receipt.
• Parents and coaches are welcome to order as well. The more orders we place during this window, the better our discount will be. If you miss the window, the store will reopen on July 30 for individual orders, but the volume discount no longer applies.
• Jakroo offers a free sizing service. Measure your rider using a flat ribbon tape measure and complete this online form. Our rep is Betty. This year we are keeping the Nova Pro jersey or Fondo jersey (youth sizes only) and Cadence Pro bibs. Jakroo will send you an email back with what sizes to order.  
• OVMTB has a portion of the budget allocated to help subsidize the cost of one set of bibs per rider. I will place the order for the rider bibs, do not include them in your own order unless you are purchasing a second pair or others for non-riders. When you receive your ACA athlete's sizes back from Jakroo please enter your rider's bib size in this document by 5pm on July 28. The board will decide the rider share of the cost after the order is placed.
• The Flow jersey (a pullover practice jersey, not for racing) and Cadence Pro shorts (without bibs) are optional items. The sizing for the Flow is different so add that to your sizing request form. The shorts sizing is the same as the bibs. We can't order the shorts in the group order instead of bibs for a rider because that would affect the dynamic pricing.

Whoa that went fast! The team store is set to close at midnight on Tuesday night. Please make sure to get your rider's bib size onto the shared document by 5pm tomorrow so I can review it and investigate potential errors with time to place the order.

I am only including 1 set of bibs per rider in the group order; you will need to order any jerseys or additional bibs/shorts in your own order. Let me know if you have any questions!
