Hithere, I have a Garmin Venu, purchased in March 2020. I usually charge it in my car on the way to work - got to work and it was at 78% so disconnected it and went about my day. I went to look at the time at one stage and it was dead - thought that was weird considering I had charged it earlier in the day however thought nothing of it and that I would just charge when I drive home - did so and got home. When I got home it gave me the blue triangle and advised it needed charging. I tried restarting it but wouldn't allow.

I ended up finding instructions online that you plug into a power source and press the A button for 30 seconds, this seemed to resolve the issue. I then went to bed and woke up with no issues. I again charged it on my way to work this morning as the battery was low yet again and the same thing has happened again - blue triangle yet sensors still working.

Not sure if this will work but it did for mine, I completely reset it via the watch, I then removed the app on my phone - it still didn't work. I then completely forgot it via blue tooth and it allowed me to resync and repair it. Hopefully this will help your wife.

I continously receive a blue triangle icon on my garmin venu 2 watch. Tried to push the upper button till 10-20 second and disappreared then appear again . Tried to plug the battery cable. My watch is uploaded with battery fully. Please help as soon as possible.

I have been using the Garmin Venu for the past 3 years without any issue. A couple of days ago it started flashing a blue triangle. I connected it to Garmin Express and updated the watch and reconnected to my phone. It seemed to work fine for a few hours before crashing again. It had 100% battery and is back to a flashing blue triangle. This time it won't connect to Garmin express, hard reset not working, turned it off and on multiple times nothing worked.

I connected the watch to my computer via USB charging cable and then pressed the Power button (right side, top button) for 10 seconds or so, it switched off the watch, Then pressed the same button to switch on, and then It showed me the triangle but this time with vibration and then after 10 seconds or so, the watch face appeared.

Leader Bank Pavilion is a mostly cashless venue. All points of sale for food, beverage and merchandise will accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). The Box Office WILL accept cash. For fans who wish to use cash, cash-to-card iPads with attendants will be available at the Guest Services kiosk at the main entrance.

We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and up to four companions.

Interpreter Requests- if you will need an interpreter for an event please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services.
