Where is it going to be held? How will it be possible to do it daily?

I'm looking at having 2-3 acres of land allocated for farming, a building that would consist of a store front for the market, class rooms for eductional purposes, tool storage, working area, and perhaps a greenhouse. What ever we produce and harvest would be on sale at the market. I would partner with neighboring gardens or farms to sell their products to fill in the gaps of what people want and what the seasons/weather allow.

Would this farm be Vegan, or would animals be involved?
