Source code is open! How to run a private server

Some users will want to use this repo run locally because of security concerns. A couple of points about that:

- if you use DocumentCloud, you can create a private project and Overview will import that, and keep it private

- we will shortly have a VirtualBox image you can download and run, which will be much easier than setting up your development environment.
