New feature: automatically split long documents into pages

Many of our users have received their source documents as a small number of huge PDF files -- or a stack of paper that becomes a huge PDF file after scanning. Recovering the original page boundaries is hard, but Overview can now automatically break long documents into their individual pages, then sort those pages.

For more, see the post Dealing with massive PDFs by splitting them into pages. Although documents have "natural" boundaries, just breaking the source material into pages works surprisingly well.
