The list of suggestions from John Bedini said that if you superglue your magnets in the center of their pockets on the rotor then they won't slide around and the motor will have more power. Did you guys do that?

I'm sure that will help in the overall efficiency.
however, I find that once my kit gets up to speed then I can't hear
the magnets moving. I wonder if that hint was aimed at people that are
trying to run it on the 9V batteries.
