Student Opportunity for Summer Institute Scholarship Opportunity

I expect anyone who wants a Debate scholarship to apply for this one as well.  Please see the attachment.  I also have copies in my room.  Also, be sure to have your family and friends attend the May 9 fundraiser for our league.  If you enjoyed all those free meals at debate tournaments this year, we have to raise funds.  I will be eating at the Jason Deli on Ridgeway on May 9 if you would like to join me.

Attached is information about the Vincent J. Binder Urban Debate Scholars Award. This award provides financial assistance for Urban Debate League students to attend summer debate institutes. Scholarship dollars may be used for institute tuition, as well as travel costs and a small stipend for extra costs incurred while at debate institute for items like meals, supplies and copy expenses.
