Hello, sorry if this is wrong place for this question. I want to create sip client in browser with jssip and connect to server which can't handle SIP over WebSocket. I found OverSIP which as I understand can solve this issue, but it's written on Ruby and C. And as I understand FreeSWITCH also can do proxy and it fully written on C. Sorry for this question but do I really need an OverSIP? Does it have some features that FreeSWITCH can't do (or these features are difficult to implement)?

Thanks for any response!

I recommend you using Kamailio or OpenSIPS SIP proxy since they also
have SIP WebSocket support and are actively maintained.

NOTE: AFAIR FreeSwitch also supports SIP over WebSocket.
