Short blurb that
maybe used to invite friends/family/ NRI Community for tomorrow's mega call with volunteers at ground zero:
"All of us connected to
India have heard about the heart wrenching tragedy in Uttarakhand-the
hills of Himalayas. Working tirelessly from the very beginning of the relief
efforts, volunteers from International Association for Human Values and
Volunteers for a Better India have been lauded by the Indian Army. Braving
landslides and torrential rains volunteers have gone and set up medical and relief
camps for the evacuees in very harsh conditions.
Few of them have agreed
to share their stories and experiences on a conference call. Dial in and
express your support, tomorrow 9 pm EST, details here."
This can to be used with
one of the flyers available in the drive as a picture is better than a thousand
words. The latest one from Shrungi and team is here.
Looking forward to talk to you all,
~ Dhwani and Birjoo
