Isn't it better to restrict to social issues than political issues .. Opposition is asking them to give a strong response and has kept them on their toes.....

Shouldn't the focus be on assisting officers like Durga Shakti ? Or focus on RTI for political parties ... Keep criminals out of political parties

It's a better way to spend your political capital than to dictate foreign policy

Makes sense , our volunteers have not dictated foreign policy ... Its a comment ... There is no harm in commenting ...I think We need to be more strategic ... But again there is no harm.... Let's be careful and not be restrictive....

Sujan - So you think social issue is not intertwined with political issues and vice versa? You raised a point that we should instead be supporting causes like that of Durga Shakti, so tell me isn't she a scapegoat of politics in UP? isn't the whole issue about vote bank politics and if we stood up for her then aren't we according to your belief "dictating a state policy" change in UP?  So in fact you are ok with challenging the state govt of Mr. Akhilesh Yadav and his appeasement policy but not for writing against a transgressor country that has been directly involved with killing thousands of Indian countrymen. (Anyway, this is not to say we are not with Durga Shakti.)

What OVBI is standing for is its "Citizens".... and this time they are the martyred soldiers who were brutally killed inside the indian territory by Pakistani soldiers, last time couple of them were beheaded and our govt officials were later dining/entertaining with their PM. And saying that we stand against an incorrect response from our country's Defense minister and asking to send a strong "verbal" message across the border, in my mind does not tantamount to "dictating a foreign policy". So please read the petition letter and know the objectives of OVBI. And if you are not aware please get in touch with us and attend our calls so that you are fully aware.

Since this topic has been raised in a public forum, I would like to advise the people who want to know more about our objectives and have only been receiving/reading our emails to please join us and attend our calls. We need more support from all Indians.

Thanks
-Amit

Amit

Thanks for taking time to respond. Please feel free to do whatever you want ...

I am just dissenting with the argument that Durga case is slightly different as she only has active citizens to fight her case. Political parties currently are uniting in undermining governance. So one needs to be more vigilant.

Again I understand you are more passionate about military issue than the current Durga case, so all the best to you

Cheers
Sujan
