accessing the microphone in the live session

Salaam all ... in case you had difficulty accessing the microphone in the last live session, attached are 4 pics (in order) that show you what you should see. Please also check the anymeeting system test (http://www.anymeeting.com/systemtest) and make sure your flash player, mic/speakers etc are all good to go.

I wanted to recite in session 2sisters session today but i was somehow locked
Alhamdulillah I was able to hear everyone but could not scroll down after broadcast myself window
But i still benefited by listening but very sad not able to talk to sisters and recite. Oh well i dont know what i did wrong i am travelling back to US on Wed IA so i will be listening towed live session recordings and hope and pray to Allah(swt) to be able to participate in another live session again or possibly help session

Wa'alaikum assalaam,
I had problems with my mic yesterday at the first live session. I have just bought a webcam so hopefully should not have any problems now.
Also would like to apologise as when I was trying to fix the mic issue, somehow I lost my audio too and lost track of the time. When I logged in again, did not realise it was the sisters session so please accept my apologies, on the plus side my audio was not working anyway so alhamdulillah, i did not hear anything anyway :).
