DWNP Park Entry Fee - Nxai Pan South Camp

I have booked camping at Nxai Pan South Camp with Xomae Group and have to pay park entry fees to DWNP, but don't get response on my mail to them.

Xomae said: 

'Please pay for park fees at any of the below pay points;

Chobe– Sedudu Gate, Francistown, Letlhakane, Gantsi, Kang, Maun, Gaborone, Two Rivers.'

Anyone that know where in Letlhakane can I pay park fees?  I did look on T4A but could not find anything.

If I can't find the office in Letlhakane, can I pay park fees at Nxai Pan itself?

There is a fancy new gate (to me anyway) at the junction of the main tar road and the cutline going north to Nxai Pans. I'd be very surprised if you couldn't pay there.

 

But if you want to play it safe the DWNP offices in Letlhakane are opposite the Spar. This taken from 4x4 comm - "I don't know where the paypoint in F/Town is but in Letlhakane its in the rural admin centre on the other side of the main street to Spar (turn right at first tar road into Letlhakane, keep on past Shell/Grannys complex until centre of Letlhakane, RAC offices on the right. The DWNP office is on the left as you go in"

Got response at last from dwnp.Gaborone dw...@gov.bw:

'Letlhakane office does not open on weekends, you will pay at the gate.

 

In this regard i will not create the park entry voucher on the system as will just go to the park with the Xomae Group voucher and pay there.'

Interesting. This seems to be a reversal of the proclamation that the parks don't accept payment at the gates?

What confusion !! Yes affirmative that is the new entrance gate to
Nxai Pan, and Bains.
