OT: Permits for Atlantis Dunes

Hi All,

 

Can one of the dune surfers please say what the options are for getting Atlantis Dunes permits? I’ve been told the Atlantis SAPS, but the lady on the phone confuses me by saying my call WILL be answered followed by saying the operator is busy, try again later ;-).

 

If one can get permits from there, during what hours can they be collected? And what other options are there?

Francois the Municipal office is opposite the Police station. Last office no I have is 0215737125

The Wesfleur Office in Atlantis is open during the week as well as the on the First and Last Saturday of every month. My office hours are 08h00-12h30 and 13h30-15h30, should you wish to purchase permits by my office. On a Friday…I leave my office promptly at 15H30.

Permit prices: 4X4= R120.00

All 4x4 must have registration numbers of all vehicles

Ag, the people from Jonkershoek’s Nature Conversation (hoping they could issue permits!), to CapeNature reservations, to Atlantis Municipality reception to Alexis Scott in the permit office whom I met via telephone today were all very helpful. So they more than make up for you ;-).
