This thread should be dedicated to the continued work on the site and
this group.
The site has a R & D page with a list of items that needs work, they
are not sorted in any particular order of importance. I welcome any
volunteers to help me tick off some of these items.

Your welcome to comment here with other suggestions for improvement.
which may need to be added to the list.

on a related note, i noticed the number of threads are getting a
little large, and where just 4 atm.

It would be a good idea to sort these threads by making a page here on
the group with each topic sorted into related categories.

For some reason every time I try to load the page editor my computer locks up... I will keep trying...

I've heard about that problem with some users, I believe its a browser
issue. I use the latest release of Chrome and have no problems.

right, the battle board is just an embedded spreadsheet in google
docs. I'll share it with you, you'll have access in just a few
minutes. I hope you know spreadsheet formulas better than I do, which
is almost not at all.

Spreadsheets are my forte'. That's what I do all day.

Google spreadsheets are not very powerful however.

Its far simpler than the last version yet more complete and
organized.
It's flexible and expandable so there will be no need to start over
later.

It's a simple matter of setting up the formulas on the new battle
board.

you can edit the full list just by clicking on any row.

TO MANY COLOURS!! Stick to the theme default values or pick ONE
alternate colour that complements the site theme. Seeing all that
yellow, baby blue & neon violet makes me want to click away & never
come back.

yes the ask a question displays correctly in all3 of my browsers, google chrome, mac safari, and IE.

Must be my computer cause the frame is out of line with the background.

Updated the side bar with a snazzy accordion style menu structure.
Added new place holder pages with a short note on future function.

The sidebar looks good, you cleaned up my slop also. Very nice. 

I kept looking at it and with all the white text I thought nothing stood out so I got a little color-mad. I'll leave the creative work to you and just do the nuts and bolts stuff from now on.

I could use some help writing the descriptions for each of the OKEs.
I'm kind of drawing a blank for most of them.

A New layout for the site is in the works, Great improvements to
organization, usability and SEO have been achieved with the redesign.
Though it doesn't stray far from how the site looks at the moment.

The overall structure is complete and i've begun filling content back
into the site.
All files and deployed units will be brought over & preserved as I'm
reusing the battle board.
So its safe to use the current deployment system in the mean time.

Hope to be ready to swap the sites by the end of the month.

heres how it will go
1st, The old site will be "archived".
2nd. Overkillengineers will be taken down for ten minutes. (no one
will even notice)
3rd. The new site will be put up with the same url.
4th. We enjoy a sexy new Carnage Heart fansite.
