Request for non-subscription paid option

Hi!

Thank you for making this extension, it works well (in trial period) and I'd like to pay but am put off by subscription model because of how few and scattered I'd use it.

I'd like to request a paid-once option which remove Google Speech feature. I know that using cloud speech service causes recurring charges and non-subscription model isn't suit for it, but using system speech engine shouldn't be so. I'm okay with the quality of system speech engine and don't mind the removal of Google Speech so I'd love to request a non-subscription option without one if it's possible.
