I have a player that is playing my game in Facebook Gameroom. In my database there is a flag telling me the player is logged in with Facebook so I can tell he is online. In Unity I have a script implementing MonoBehaviour.OnApplicationQuit() to flag the player as offline and MonoBehaviour.OnApplicationFocus(bool) to flag the player as NoFocus or AFK.

Just a reminder, if you get disconnect or crash out while in a online session its very possible you'll go back to your last save. The only way to save in Diablo 2 for online characters is the save/exit method.

Anytime you reach a milestone I highly suggest you save and exit out and jump back in. I understand it can be a pain as it'll reset all your maps and you'll have to pop back in from a waypoint but its far better option than losing hours of progress.

Anyways here is the issue I would love to just disable it make it go away entirely. I know I need to press esc to exit full screen mode. Most of the time it does disappear and that would be fine too but while I am watching hulu videos in my queue and escaping between full screen mode and normal mode to add next show to queue and then going to next show in queue sometimes I have to refresh the page to make the bubble disappear.

To continue on this issue though if you know hulu at all. If I pick the next show I want to watch manually, which would technically load a new web page as a "refresh" It always disappears, However if I use the queue option or auto watch mode I really don't know how to properly discribe this. If I just let it finish a show and it automatically picks the next show. Then I assume that flash player programming is causing the web page change and so somehow yes the webpage changes but the "refresh" does not occur or inother words the flash player keeps running doesn't get refreshed and over time several things occure. If i watch about 5 shows in this automated matter flash starts to really eat up my memory and then the esc message starts to not disappear.

Also randomly I can not tell which ads cause this of course, I would love to be able to give you or hulu more info but There is an add that gets ready to play during a show. This add causes my antivirus to throw a fit and blocks it, then flash player crashes I would assume because of the failure to load the add and play it.

I understand your description of why it is the way it is and that makes since. But for us wire cutters or cable cancelers, I watch tv through online use and for whatever reason flash is the only option. and having to get off my couch and go over to my computer to refresh the webpage and or reload cause of crashes is getting old.

We just do the obvious, really - We always lead off with asking what the player feels his strengths and weaknesses are and then compare with the list we have.. this leads to discussion of specifics of what needs to be worked on between now and start of next year. We also discuss players' plans for summer and figure out whether they will be with us for summer ball or playing for another team or another sport or work or? We check in on their career goals and try to make sure we are addressing any areas we may be able to help with. Knowing about career goals outside of baseball can sometimes help with finding relevant motivational talking points.

I'm far more concerned with the players knowing exactly where they stand than how mad the parents may get. There should be plenty of feedback during the course of the year where the exit meeting assessment is just re-enforcement of what they've heard several times. We'll certainly call out and praise strengths but the main objective at this point is to recognize weaknesses that should be addressed in the "off" season and make sure they have the info, resources, tools to work on them if they are committed enough to do so. And, BTW, the parents are not part of our end-of-year discussions. They are big boys now. If they want to share the discussion points with parents later, they certainly can do that.

Definitely ask what team they are playing on in the summer. Outline what you see as their strengths and weaknesses (or say it as "things they should focus on"). Then the player can give you feedback on what he can do to improve (if it's arm strenth, long toss, bands, etc). Depending on their graduation year, it is good to find out if they would like to platy baseball beyond HS.Sophs should definitely have some colleges in mind. How will they be seen? You as a coach also know what "positions" are graduating from your current team. Is it a position that is new to your interviewee, and you would like to see him take reps on his AAU/Fall team?

I'm sure parents would be none to happy to share what improvements they see team needing to make. Don't see returning players giving u an honest answer, esp if they did not agree w lineup, or other coaches decisions.

The first thing I would ask is "Do you know why we are doing this?" Then I would explain the whole reason is for them to develop their games and see if they need help with anything to meet their baseball goals. This approach sets the table honestly and it would keep the parents (hopefully) out of the discussion. I would ask the player what three things (keep it simple) they want to improve in the next year, document it and define how the two of you are going to measure that progress. I would let the player do the majority of talking and do alot of listening. As always, JMO.

I don't believe anything has changed for Update 6. The exit course trigger has been a known issue, usually caused by circumstances out of our software and it's published output's control. Please take a look at the following article for reasons why it may not work and suggestions on how to make it work moving forward.

You might be able to do something with JavaScript that will allow the Window to close, but it may not work, given the issues our exit course trigger can have. In any event, if you go that route, it will be unsupported by us here at Articulate. You are welcome to seek any JavaScript help here in the forums, if you like.

Beyond the target attribute and my JavaScript suggestion, there are no other methods for getting the exit button working at this time. You could put wording in your content that would tell the user that they will need to close the new window if the exit button doesn't work, or you could do away with the exit button all together to eliminate any confusion. You also would have the option of using JavaScript to trigger a pop-up window which would allow you to say the same thing as the actual text on your slide, if needed.

Sorry for your trouble. This is likely because you have the left-hand navigation hidden (F7) at the time you press play. The work-around for now is to press escape when you're in that full-screen state. Or, enable the left-hand nav before you play a video. Also, you can always double-click the torrent you want to play, which takes you to the containing folder (like "always") and then you can choose to play through any media player on your system.

DOHA, Qatar -- Australia defender Harry Souttar believes that "uncalled for" targeting of players crossed a line during the Socceroos' Asian Cup campaign, while Australia's player's union has called for greater online protections after multiple national team members were subject to abuse after their loss to South Korea.

Substitute defender Lewis Miller gave away both the free kick and penalty that led to the goals and, while his teammates and coach Graham Arnold were quick to rally around the 23-year-old, he soon became the target of online vitriol. Mitchell Duke, meanwhile, posted on Instagram that he was taking a break from social media after receiving abuse, including death threats, following two missed chances. Defender Gethin Jones was inactive against Korea due to a groin injury but has also been targeted for personal attacks in Doha.

The Socceroos are one of several teams to encounter elevated levels of online toxicity during the Asian Cup, with Son observing that Korean fans had "crossed the line" amidst his side's laboured group stage progression and Japanese keeper Zion Suzuki subjected to racial abuse after making an error in his side's group stage loss to Iraq.

Iraqi journalists attempted to accost coach Jesús Casas after the Lions of Mesopotamia were eliminated by Jordan in the round of 16 and that game's match official Alireza Faghani received threats and had his personal details posted online after he gave a second yellow card to Iraqi attacker Aymen Hussein for excessive celebrations.

It was just two months ago that FIFA and FIFPro released a report on online abuse during the 2023 Women's World Cup, which found that one in five players were the subject of targeted discriminatory, abusive or threatening messaging.

"Our national team players make immeasurable personal and professional sacrifices to represent Australia and deserve much better than toxic social media abuse and should be able count on better protection from those who administer competitions."

Alex Iwobi, a second-half substitute, was shown a red card within five minutes of his introduction for an inadvertent stamp. He also faced a lot of flak online. In response, he archived all his Instagram posts.

Nantes winger Moses Simon, who was a target of uncharitable comments in the lead-up to his outstanding performances at AFCON, stressed an oft-forgotten aspect of the discourse: the players read these comments and that affects their temperament and emotional wellbeing.
