What commercial models work for companies offering crowdsourced testers?

Crowdsource testing is way too different from traditional method of testing, where the testing is carried out by the different testers are known as Crowdsourced testers who may be from different regions at different times.

The main advantage of this method of testing is that, it allows to maximise the avalability of all the resources to test the software in different environment and situations.

Some models that works for companies offering crowdsourced testers are as follows:

1. Open crowd: Its an open crowd which is self managed and is not paid untill they provide a good output as in some validated defects and by which they are paid accordingly.

2. Test Specific crowd: These fall between Open and Expert crowd sourcing, these are the combination of both QA professionals and freshers.

3. Expert Sourcing: These are the bunch of real life experienced expert testers who have expertise in software testing and are paid accordingly.
