Hi!
I found not a valid inclusion in the class OutletException Outlet.php.
Appeal to this class runs before OutletConfig.
Solution: Create a separate file with the ad OutletExeption and turn
it in earlier than Outlet OutletConfig.

I got this bug on PHP/5.3.3-7+squeeze3 on Debian Squeeze. My Windows
versions of PHP 5.3.5 and PHP 5.2 work as expected.
Seems to be a change\bug in PHP?
