It seems svn server down for a while

Hi:

Does the svn server down? I try to check out the code from SVN, but it
always reponse me the "connection refused". Did I miss anything?

Sorry, that was my mistake. The server box was restarted and I forgot
to restart the svn server. I don't have it configured to restart on
boot yet :(

It is up now.
