As a person with a Bloodline Jake from his young age had always been competitive often making his brother Caleb fear him. He does not fear questioning authority making him get in trouble with his teachers.
He is poor in social observations, being oblivious to his girlfriend cheating on him with his best friend. It was not until he saw himself did he believe it. Once confronted he did not show violence, holding his primal hunter bloodline and left them. This made him to trust people even less. He completely focused on Studies climbing ranks and joined a job as a Business Analyst, A Office Job where he and few people who he called friends worked with him like his boss Jacob and co-worker Casper from R&D until the Tutorial swallowed everyone.
The office worker Jake and ten of his co-workers, Jacob, Caroline, Bertram, Casper, Ahmed, Theodore, Joanna, Dennis and Lina, At the integration of their universe with the system spawned at Tutorial Forest.
After an encounter with a Beast due to Jake's error, ended up with Joanna losing a Leg, This earned combined reprimand from Jacob and Caroline, Later that night they were ambushed by other survivors whom Jake killed everyone single handedly in cold blood, leaving a horrifying image of Jake smiling infront of the corpses to rest of the group. Killing all those fellow humans awoke awakened Jake's Bloodline,
The next day their group met Richard and his entourage, This is the point where Jake and his group separate their ways, He chose to hunt alone, leaving his group to join Richard. But before leaving he wiped out Richard's assassination Team and his leader Nicholas who were sent to kill him.
Finding the lack of high level prey in the Forest outskirts, He chose to get closer to the centre of the Forest. That is when he stumbled across a mushroom cave Dungeon, Upon the completion of which it offered Jake a profession, which he accepted.
After this he met The Malefic Viper for the first time on his professional evolution, Jake was unaffected by the aura of the Primordial (due to Bloodline) and instead gave the depressed Primordial a free counselling and in return earned True Blessing of the Malefic Viper.
On the final day for the deadline of the poison, He gambled his life to cure himself with a questionable unstable concoction, He went through a painful process of poison and cure battling each other in his body, But at the end he was cured.
Unaware of the situation outside, The first person that Jake met was William, Who pretended to be a naive lad explaining general situation and the moment Jake turned his back, He tried to kill him but failed as he got poisoned by Jake and fled.
Jake later contacted Jacob for a peaceful meeting to understand the situation. But their meeting was cut short by the ambush of leaders of both Camps. Jake barely escaped by running inside the Inner dome area of the Tutorial, which was protected by a magical barrier.
There he levelled up and defeated three Beast Lords out of the four Beast Lords of the Tutorial Quest, before meeting William again, Only at that point that he realised that William had killed everyone and There are only two left in the entire Tutorial including him. Jake in his rage pummelled William in to a mush without giving him a chance to put a proper fight.
Just after that, Time stopped, Villy and Eversmile came out, Eversmile took William's body in exchange for a favour to the Viper. Despite time stopping and all, Jake still saw everything that transpired, Later Viper chatted with him a little bit before letting him continue his quest of killing beast lords.
After this short disturbance, Jake returned to the Quest, After killing the last Beast Lord, he was teleported to the King of the Forest, Strongest Entity in the entire Tutorial and a D-Rank, Unaware of the power disparity, Jake tried to take a shot but the King returned kindness dragging it into a real Climax, Jake had to use all his Items to kill the King, And even then he was not conscious as his body was taken over by the Bloodline to finish off the King.
After a day, Miranda, Hank and his children entered his territory fleeing from a beast which Jake slew to save them, They decided to stay there under the protection of Jake, They built a wooden house for Jake near the lake in return for the protection,
Gaining the Wings of the Malefic Viper Skill, He was practising with it, which was when Hawkie spotted him and taught him how to fly, Later they went hunting for birds and elementals in the Cloud Continent,
But during this, He got a notification that Miranda had claimed the Pylon, Jake due the history of his bad relationships assumed that she betrayed, Enraged at this thought, He returned swiftly to see the Valley now surrounded by strangers while Miranda herself was in the wooden house, Safe inside a barrier along with another group of strangers, Jake who had slightly calmed inquired for details.
It was turned out that during his hunt, Neil and his party entered the Valley fleeing from his cousin Abby and her father's group who were pursuing him to obtain the space magic orb, Later Abby and her father Donald showed up with their men surrounding the Valley, In haste Miranda and Neil erected a barrier around the wooden house within which they sheltered until Jake returned, Miranda had to claim the Pylon as a last resort to call him as at that time there was no other means to contact him,
Jake who had better understanding of the circumstances called for one of Abby's goons, A scrawny young man called Chris, But without inquiring, Chris stated his sister's terrible fate under Donald which gave Jake a solid moral justification as he killed Abby and Donald without regret, while the rest of the people under Donald's control skill who haven't died or fled during the battle, Stayed there adding to the population of the City,
He then proceeded to hunt with Hawkie, Until one day Hawkie showed his mate Mystie and his egg which needed a D-Rank core for a ritual, Jake helped them get the core, And after the ritual, Hawkie and Mystie along with their egg settled in the Valley,
Later learning of an overcrowded settlement from Lillian, They went to negotiate with its leader Phillip, The Fort had been facing stampede everyday and just like that, It came interrupting their negotiations, Jake went to find the source, which happened to be a Minotaur Mindchief, It was a cow which before the System has seen its kind slaughtered for auction, Jake had to kill it to save those who were affected by the mental attack and to end the Stampedes, The residents of the Fort decided to migrate after seeing Mystie slaughter the the bovines easily, (It is from the Minotaur Mindchief did he gained the item Pillar of Encumbrance)
Later when Jake visited his City, Chris spotted him and offered to be a guide him around the Temple, Upon entering the temple the Auras of the Gods spread making Chris lowered himself, Villy also released his aura through Jake, Creating a temporary panic and also blessed Chris with a lesser blessing,
They both noted that having The Malefic Viper's blessing makes them immune to auras of gods under the Viper, When they were about to leave they were stopped by Felix. Who misunderstood Chris to be the one blessed by a Primordial, but after explaining that it was indeed Jake, The Chosen who gave him, The Eternal Servant possessed Felix to have a chat with Villy, It was cut short in order to prevent Felix from dying, After further conversing Jake realized that Chris had unhealthy adoration towards Jake and tried to change it.
Later evolving his profession to Heretic Chosen, He gained a unique skill which let him relive the moments of the Malefic Viper's life. Then whilst testing his skills, He conducted massacre of local Monkey population on nearby forests of Haven, There he fought the Prima and slew it, underneath the monkey base he found a treasure, A tree that fruited agility increasing bananas, He carried it along with the soil and planted it in Haven.
Just after he planted the banana tree, The World Congress started making him teleport along with Miranda, Lillian and Neil, They got teleported to some System created conference room, There he learned that his parents are safe from his brother who is now the Judge of the Court of Shadows, He also learned that William had PTSD after his revival and being treated by a psychiatrist Kim Eunseo, She asked Jake to not kill William on sight.
At the end of the World Congress, Treasure Hunt was chosen and with that the event concluded. Right after that Jake asked Villy whether to kill or not kill William, Who was the reason that he was the sole survivor of his Tutorial, But Villy tell him to do as he wish as in terms of morality Jake had killed more intelligent beings than William had, He reminded him of that monkey clan that he massacred are just as intelligent as Hawkie, Mystie and Sylphie, With the new views, He settled on not to hunt down William as long as he does not pose as a threat.
After his counselings with the primordial, Jake started preparing for the Treasure Hunt by eating bananas and elixirs alike to increase his stats, Later receiving the Nanoblade from Arnold, He explores the Dungeon where he slew the Fungus D-Rank Beast, Defending and helping a troll and its kids, He asks Villy for a way to get them out, The Viper answers but they were either something he couldn't do currently or would change is path of power,
Hence he left them be and continued the Dungeon Quest, At the completion of Dungeon Quest he gets initiated into Assessment of Altmar Empire, He was shown a blue screen with texts of different languages unlike the system, But it said as part of System, Defeating the Census Golem for his difficulty, Jake was greeted by a talkative elf hologram who kept sharing information of his loot, Upon opening the reward he informed that he can visit the Altmar Empire showing his records or simply the signet ring.
Realising his dire lack in need for gear respective to his level, Jake visited his own city for the first time. There recognizing a gear made of the monkeys that he massacred a while ago in a leather worker store, He was berated and cursed indirectly by the jealous leather worker for not getting rid of the monkey corpses turning some random adventurer filthy rich.
