I am trying to generate a fresh token using our account to use it while calling the outbrain API endpoint https://api.outbrain.com/amplify/v0.1/.

 

But for some reason when i input my valid password it gives me the following error "Error - Please verify your password is correct, and try again".

 

Can you please advice why the above error occurs while entering a valid password?

Please let us know which API call you are using. In addition, each response from our server contains an AMPLIFY-REQUEST-ID header, more information here: http://docs.amplifyv01.apiary.io/#introduction/troubleshooting

Please share the request id so we can help track the problem.

Please also do not share any personal credentials / details in the forum.

Hi Nitsan,

The API we are trying to hit is related to fetching the daily reports for campaign. Please find the url below:

https://api.outbrain.com/amplify/v0.1/marketers/OUR_ACCOUNT_ID/1/campaigns?includeArchived=true&fetch=basic.

I couldn't figure out how to get AMPLIFY-REQUEST-ID from the API response. The API only returns response with the following error:

resulted in a `401 Bad credentials` response:

{"message":"Unauthorized: Authentication token was either missing or invalid"}

And that's where i wanted to generate a new token using our Outbrain account. But it doesn't let me generate a new token.

Please advice.
