Unable to fetch report through MCP Server

Hi Team,

I tried using MCP server to fetch the top spending campaigns in the last 7 days from all accounts but somehow it gives the error of no spend was recorded. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Could you please check and help me with the solution for this?

Thank you for reaching out to the API support team. 

From the screenshot it seems that there is no error, just a response based on the available data in the Amplify dashboard. 

We'll need a bit more information, in this regard, to better help you: 
- for which advertiser were you obtaining the information, 
- who was the user that was accessing the data through the API (email address), 

Please provide me with the info in your response. Because you're writing in a Google Group, I advise you reply to me directly, to not share sensitive information with everyone in the group.

Hi Ales,

Thank you for your reply.

I tried pulling the account level report for all marketers ID that my ID has access to. Basically for one marketer ID, I am able to pull the campaign level report but when I tried pulling a report that shows a table with top spending accounts, it didn't work. 


Please let me know if there is a way to look at all accounts data through the MCP server.

As promised I've checked with RnD, and received feedback. 

In your case, you're appended to too many advertisers (1k+), which is a near impossible task with the current llm capabilities to gather and compile that much data into a precise natural language response.

Hey Team, 

Can Tyroo Team only pull the accounts that are spending for the last 7 days, which don't include the inactive adv accounts?

Hi Jack,

If I understand correctly, you're asking if it's possible to pull all active advertisers for a specific account.

We have an endpoint that retrieves all advertisers from a primary account. They can then filter the results by the status property to see only the active ones.
