How to get daily, ad-level performance data via API?

Hello Outbrain API Team,

I am trying to get daily performance data for each of my ads using the Amplify API.

I have tried several endpoints and parameters, but I keep receiving errors. Could you please provide the correct and currently active endpoint and parameters to achieve this?

Here is what I have already tried:

1.
Endpoint： /amplify/v0.1/reports/marketers/{marketerId}/campaigns/periodic Parameters： breakdown=daily,promoted_link
Result：403 Forbidden error with the message "Invalid breakdown value".

2.
Endpoint：/amplify/v0.1/reports/marketers/{marketerId}/performance/promotedLinks Result： 404 Not Found

3.
Endpoint：/amplify/reports/marketers/{marketerId}/performance/promotedLinks (with v0.1 removed)
Result：404 Not Found

My goal is simple: to get a report that contains
・date
・campaignId
・campaignName
・promotedLinkId
・promotedLinkText
・impressions
・clicks
・spend

Could you please show me the correct way to make this API call?

Hi Rikuma,

You have two options to get performance data for each ad:

1) /amplify/v0.1/reports/marketers/{marketerId}/campaigns/{campaignId}/periodicContent?from=from&to=to&breakdown=daily

In this case, you also need to provide the campaign IDs. It is not mandatory to set the start and end date (from=from&to=to), but we strongly recommend it. This call will allow you to get daily performance data by ad, but it will not include campaign name and promoted link text. More details on this call here.

2) /amplify/v0.1/reports/marketers/{marketerId}/promotedContent?from=from&to=to

Also in this case it is not mandatory to set the start and end date (from=from&to=to), but we strongly recommend it. This call will allow you to get performance data by ad for the set period and will include campaign id, campaign name, promoted link text, but it will not provide a daily breakdown (the data will refer to the dates you set in the call). More details on this call here.
