2FA authentication problem - API

Hello team, hope you are doing well!
Opening this case to help a client facing some issues with the API.

We implemented the API accordingly and it worked for a few weeks. But we had to change the password and since then it’s not working anymore. The cost integration stopped working and returning 401 ( with the same credentials with which we can login). One possible cause of this is 2FA authentication, and somehow after the password reset the new security kicked in.
 
Can you provide some help about this?

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for reaching out.

For security reasons, changing an Amplify password resets all active tokens, so the user must generate a new token to use the API again. This can be done on the following page: https://my.outbrain.com/create-token
