Is there a way to ingest conversion events at AD level

We wanted to ingest conversion events via API but can see that It's available only at the campaign level granularity and not at promoted link (ad) level.

Would be great to get inputs on this so that we can conclude if this is possible or not.

If you wish to obtain data on the ad level you can check the documentation here.

You can obtain all of the ADs underneath your advertiser account, together with the performance metrics.
