About Our email can not recive register email

Dear all

When i use our company email for register, like @heomai.com, but now, i can't recive any email from outbrain, please help me.

Hi Steve, 

Thank you for reaching out to the API support team. 

If you're not receiving any emails from @outbrain.com, please check the date and time, when you should receive an email from our side and let us know - so we can check with our IT. 

At the same time, please check with your company's IT department, if we were put on a block list, by the email server.

Thank you for your feedback. 

So if I understood you correctly, you checked with your IT department and they've confirmed that your company's policies aren't blocking us? 

If this is the case please provide me with an email of a user that isn't receiving the emails so we can investigate further.

Yes, we are use sass email service, our company email @heomain.com  all not recive from outbrain . for example like "lichangfeng#heomai.com".

Maybe have so many use #heomain.com email into your system.

Please help us.

Apologies for getting back to you a bit later. 

Please provide me with your marketer ID - you can get it in the URL when you access your Amplify dashboard. Also please provide me with an email of an user, that hasn't been added to your dashboard and is using your company email address. Could I add the user licha...@heomain.com to your dashboard? Just so we can test the sending/receiving of the email, and then further troubleshoot it if needed.

Happy New Year and many apologies about the slow reply. 

The colleague who you were previously speaking to has since left the company and unfortunately we not sure what he was specifically investigating.

After reading through this email chain, looking into the account provided and users linked to it, I suggest that you reach out to your Outbrain/Teads account manager so that they can assist with this issue or create a support ticket for the correct department. This is because this request is outside of the scope of API support and the email you are using or provided isn't linked to this account or pending an invite and we do not see any users or invites for emails using the heomai.com domain, therefore, for security reasons the account manager will need to verify all information is accurate and reach out to the relevant team if they are unable to assist directly. 

My apologies again for the delay.

Please check help us check our email in your system?  or can you help us manual add our company email into your system?

if i can't get any email from your system, and then i can't continue use outbrain amplify api.
