Access denied error when trying to create a new user

Hi Team,

I’m currently trying to create a new user in my account, but I’m getting the following error message:

“Access denied, you don’t have permission to access the specified resource.”

Could you please check what might be causing this and help me resolve it?

Thanks for reaching out!

Your user is currently set to Campaign Manager, which means you do not have permission to manage users (more information about user roles can be found here). Please reach out to your account manager Alessandra Pavoncello (alessandra...@teads.com) to request a different user role.
