Dear team,

My client says:
I'm implementing our backend code to interact with the API. The goal is to get metrics on our creatives, but I get this "Our servers encountered an error while processing your request" error. I can pull campaign-level data, but not creatives.

Can you help us unblock this? Is this an issue with the scope granted to our access token, some general blocker for our Marketer that needs to be enabled, are we not using the correct endpoints, ...?

Thank you,
Giulia

Hey Giulia,

It's not a token or access issue; they would get a 403 Unauthorized error in that case. This error likely means that they're using the wrong endpoint. They should be able to use the following endpoint to pull reporting by creative (they should replace the bolded parameters):

https://api.outbrain.com/amplify/v0.1/reports/marketers/MARKETER_ID/promotedContent?from=2026-06-10&to=2026-06-11

If they still have issues after trying this, please ask them to share the endpoint they are using so we can look into it further,

Best,
Bryn

Hey Bryn,

Thanks a lot for your help!

Thank you, this worked! Can you confirm if the "to" date parameter is exclusive? I.e., from=2026-06-10&to=2026-06-11 will give me the full data for 2026-06-10 (but not 11)?

Thank you,

Giulia

Hey Giulia,

Glad it worked! And from=2026-06-10&to=2026-06-11 will give them data for both the 10th and 11th. If they only want data for the 10th, they should use from=2026-06-10&to=2026-06-10

Let me know if they have any other questions!

Best,
Bryn
